Is your synopsys scan no longer working as of the 1st of March 2023? Well it is because it is no longer there (404). It has been deprecated since April 2022 and has finally been removed. You can see the full announcement which states the 1st of Frebrury here, it seems like it go delayed until March.
Your only option is to upgrade the script version to 7 or 8. There is likely an extension or plugin you can update in your current CI/CD setup for an easy upgrade.
